Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics Engineering from George Mason University, concentrating in Predictive Analytics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance and Economics from James Madison University. She is proficient in a wide range of analytical tools and techniques, including data visualization, data science, reporting, data management, and predictive analytics.

Before joining T. Rowe Price, Shannon served as a consultant for several Washington, D.C. area firms, where she developed dashboards, delivered human capital analytics support, and transformed data into actionable insights for clients across various industries.
