Padma Vellanki is a dynamic Data Leader with a passion for harnessing the power of data and technology to drive business growth and innovation. Currently serving as a Director, AI & Data at New York Life Insurance Company, she brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the IT field.

Previously, she served as the Head of Data and Analytics for Worldwide Patient Safety data at Bristol Myers Squibb. Her career spans across various industries, including telecommunication, wireless, consumer electronics, pharmaceutical, and insurance, working in companies of all sizes, from startups to large corporations.

Padma is committed to delivering simple, scalable, and sustainable software solutions. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated volunteer math tutor for underprivileged children, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community. She also enjoys exploring her interests in arts and crafts, reading, and writing.

Padma holds an M Tech (Computer Science) degree from IIT, Kanpur, India, and an MS (Computer Science) from the University of Pittsburgh.
