Melissa is an accomplished leader with extensive experience driving change for global brands, as they navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Melissa has held numerous “first-ever” roles for companies such as National Geographic and T-Mobile where she has enjoyed solving difficult problems in innovative ways that meet customers where they are. Melissa is a leader with vision, excellent team-building and management skills. She has proven her ability to operate in complex environments, while delivering excellence for the companies that she has been proud to serve. Melissa prides herself on her ability to build innovative and forward-thinking strategies that are rooted in research and are actionable.
 
Melissa was born and raised in a small coastal New England community. She attended Syracuse University, studying Fine Art Photography, where she met her husband, Andrew. Melissa and Andrew have lived in the Washington D.C. Metro area for 25-years and are currently raising two amazing children, Sam & Avery.
