Janel Jones Merritt is an accomplished executive with over 20 years in the technology sector. As the Chief Operating Officer and strategic planning advisor at PS2G, she plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth. She successfully transitioned Document Managers into PS2G and expanded the services portfolio nationwide, including establishing the E&U Practice. Janel focuses on real-time data analytics, portfolio management, and oversees WRIA, which trains underrepresented communities in cybersecurity and cloud technologies.

An advocate for women, Janel engages in speaking and lecturing at institutions like Howard University and Kennedy King College. She leads projects for top consulting firms, implementing solutions from major manufacturers such as Microsoft, AWS, and Oracle. Under her leadership, PS2G has received accolades, including NMSDC’s Supplier of the Year multiple times.

Janel holds a Bachelor's in Marketing from Howard University, serves on various boards, and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She resides in Alexandria, VA, with her family.
